EU External Cooperation in the Field of Migration
The European Commission adopted the NewPact on Asylum and Migration on 23 Septemb.er 2020, which contains a stong component on partnerships with third contries.
This document provides an updated overview of the main extemal rnigratiom dialogues amd processes since· 2019. The document is compiled for the information of theEU High LeveI Working Group on Asylum and Migration1 by titile responsible European Commission and EEAS services.
This document was formally known as the Global Approach to Migration Managemet (GAMM) update, covering dialogues and processes since 2005.
